You can also generate feelings of compassion. Then pay attention to the feeling of your body, and cultivate experiences of joy, happiness, and gratitude.


Visualize being encircled by enlightened beings, especially by dakinis. They'll protect you like a mother does her child, and you'll feel secure and at peace. Then pray, “May I have a lucid dream.
